Dyesebel star Anne Curtis guested on Aquino and Abunda Tonight Monday night March 17 as part of promo for the actress' fantaserye's entry to primetime on ABS-CBN.
Ang unang bungad ng babaeng may buntot ng isda ay tinanong agad nito ang main host na si Kris Aquino kung inlove daw ba ito. Aniya, "Ate Kris, I have to say, 'Are you in love, love, love?'" Obviously, napansin nito ang kakaibang glow sa mukha ni Tetay.
Agad naman nitong sinagot si Anne Curtis na, "Why not, di ba? Karapatan nating lahat iyan. Just like the right to travel. Karapatan nating lahat iyan." Aquino refered to the first topic of the show about the proposal of the Bureau of Immigration to determine if a Filipino travelling abroad is capable of doing so to avoid the increasing cases of human trafficking.
Too old for Dyesebel
Curtis was also asked for her reaction regarding the comments that she's too old for Dyesebel. Anne is 29 years of age.
"From what I know, I think mga 21, 22, 23.... younger than me." Anne cited the ages of previous stars who acted the role. "Actually, kahit naman ako nang inoffer sa akin then, hindi ba ako masyadong matanda? Ang isinagot naman sa akin 'Hindi naman' Bagay pa rin daw."
The slapping controversy
Boy Abunda recalled Curtis' controversial privy (the slapping controversy) which happened a few months ago and asked the actress the biggest regret and the most important lesson that she learned from the incident.
This time, Anne's voice toned down. "Ang laki ng regret. Pero as I've said Tito Boy it's a lesson learned . I know dapat kung ano ang limitations ko if I go out."
"From there, I picked myself up. I was at low point na akala ko end na ng career ko."
"At least there is a lesson learned. At least, alam ko na kung anumang mali ang nagawa ko. I said sorry. I apologized right away and now I'm moving on to be a better person."
Marriage proposal
"May balak na ba... lumagay sa tahimik?" Boy asks Anne.
"Wala pa naman." Anne answers. "Wala pa. Wala pa naman po,"
Boy: "Paanong di ninyo napag-uusapan?"
Anne: "Awkward kasing pag-usapan.. sa ganitong age? Ha ha ha""
Anne explained that marriage doesn't become a topic because both of them (Erwan) are busy on their respective careers.
Anne relates self to Dyesebel
"As a person kasi, tulad ng nangyari that whirlwind in my life.. that storm that happened. Nandoon iyong acceptance ng pagkakamali. But then you have the love to give everyone and say that you're sorry and to move on."
"At I feel na iyong mga taong sumusubaysabay sa akin, ganundin ang nangyari. They accepted mo for who I am and loved me regardless. So maraming salamat."
I can buy you, your friends, and this club
Kris asked Anne "How rich is Anne Curtis". The question refers to Anne's famous line during the slapping controversy. Boy loved the question. Anne paused for a while.. then laughed.
"Rich in love", ang sagot ni Dyesebel na tila hinukay pa sa kailaliman ng dagat bago pa. nakasagot.
"You worked hard?", Boy asked. "Yes. I work hard. Kuripot. My mon's kuripot. Ilocana."
