Vice Ganda angered by netizen's comment on Hashtags Frano's death

In the midst of  joyous celebration of Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff's wedding in New Zealand, It's Showtime host Vice Ganda was triggered by one fan's comment regarding Hashtags member Franco Hernandez's untimely death.

In his Twitter account, Vice Ganda quoted Twitter user @kimikimo111's tweet asking why it was Franco who died and not Jon Lucas who is also a Hashtags member.

"Sa gitna ng pagluluksa namin ngayon di ko papayagang may lumapastangan sa mga taong malapit sakin. Napakawalang hiya mong hayup ka!", said in the tweet.

The influential comedian also told the user to wait for him to get back to the country and he will have the netizen hunted

Vice Ganda also wanted to meet the netizen persnally and told to utter to him the tweet in person. "Gusto kitang paglaanan ng oras. Wag mga kaibigan ko. Wag ngayon", he added.

The user has since deleted the tweets and made her account private.

Anne arrived in a flowing white Vera Wang dress matched with heart-shaped sunnies, while Erwan paired his dress pants with a plaid suit and a bowler hat.

Hashtags member Franco Hernandez dies in drowning incident

A member of Hashtags - an all-male group in ABS-CBN noontime show "It's Showtime"drowned in Davao Occidental on Saturday afternoon.

ABS-CBN entertainment news reporter MJ Felipe confirmed Franco Hernandez'sthrough his talent agency, Cornerstone Entertainment.

According to police investigation of the incident, Hernandez, 26, was on his way back to North Lamidan, Don Marcelino town together with his girlfriend and Tom Doromal, another member of Hashtags, a strong wave hit their motorized banca causing him and his girlfriend to fall off.

The people operating the banca were able to pull the two back into the boat, but Hernandez was already unconscious. He was brought to a clinic in Malita town, where he was later on declared dead on arrival.

Some celebrities took to Twitter to express gtief and shock. Vice Ganda, Gretchen Ho, McCoy De Leon, Ronnie Alonte, and Kim Chiu were amng them.

Franco Miguel Hernandez Lumanlan in real life, he joined Hashtags February this year, and was introduced as the "Hataw Heartthrob" among the new members.

It's showtime hosts Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis had a shouting match yesterday towards the end of the show, entertainment website Fashion Pulis wrote.

According to the article, Anne's skirt hit the drink of Vice Ganda which he placed at the side of a tablewhile she was passing by. The drink then spilled on the Unkabogable star getting his clothes and his shoes wet.

Vice made a big deal of the incident and started screaming at Anne. Exchanges of words occurred, which made Anne hurriedly leave with tears in her eyes.

McCoy De Leon asks Elisse Joson's mom to take her daughter as his date at the Star Magic Ball

A few hours before Star Magic Ball begins, McCoy De Leon of Hashtags has asked the mother of Elisse Joson to bring her daughter as his date to the annual Star Magic Ball.

After their number on It's Showtime, McCoy revealed that he still has no date at the ball. Cheret! So he formally asked the permission of Elisse;s mom who was seated at the audience. He approached Tita Barbs (Elisse;s mom) and asked if it's okay to take Elisse as his date.

The Third Party actress Angel Locsin guested on It's Showtime today as part of the promo of her new movie with Zanjoe Marudo and Sam Milby.

Karylle temporarily leaves It's Showtime for work abroad

Karylle announced on “It’s Showtime” on Tuesday, August 9, that she will be taking a break from her regular hosting stint to shoot for a new TV series in Singapore.

Karylle, who had appeared in Singaporean musical-drama Kitchen Musical with Christian Bautista in 2011, was chosen to play the character of Maiya, a pole dancer in in “Private Investigator," Shooting of the said series will start soon.

"Mami-miss ko ang It's Showtime family kasi dito ako natuto to dream big," she said. "Tulad nga nung sabi nila, dito talaga ako nagumpisa mangarap para sa sarili ko. Ang Filipino, world-class athletes, world-class talents, so kailangan natin i-develop iyan."

Karylle also expressed her gratitude to her co-hosts as well as the show.

“Thank you siyempre sa buong 'Showtime' family, dito naman talaga ako natuto to dream big… I love you all… and see you soon!” she said.

A woman from the live audience of It's Showtime was asking an advice from Vice Ganda regarding her boyfriend of three months who has a girlfriend for six years already. Surprised as he is, Vice Ganda asked the woman if she wants an opinion from ladies who experienced being "two-timed" (cheated).

Vice Ganda called on Anne Curtis and Karylle to answer the question.

Karylle asked the woman, "Well, noong una kasi di mo naman alam kaya hiindi ka namin mabi-blame. Pero ngayon, ready ka na ba magbabye?"

Vice Ganda returned the question to Karylle and asked if it happened to her once. Due to the comedian's persistence, Karylle was forced to answer, "Nangyari". but did not elaborate when or who her boyfriend was when it happened.

Karylle revealed that she went first to Baguio upon knowing that she's being cheated before she broke up with him “Umakyat muna ako ng Baguio. Go North!”

Although there was no name dropped, several people were assuming that it was Dingdong Dantes, now married to Marian Rivera - the suspected 3rd party, whom she was referring to.

During the press conference for her endorsement, Marian Rivera was asked for her reaction regarding the video.

“Wala naman kasing sinasabing Dingdong, eh. ‘Pag may sinabing Dingdong, doon ako magrereak. Eh, wala naman, ‘di ba?"

Rivera added that it was not only her husband Dingdong that Karylle had failed relationships with. "Hangga’t walang sinasabing Dingdong, hayaan na lang natin,” she said.

Marian also said that it was Vice Ganda who pushed for the issue to which Karylle felt she was forced to answer. "Actually, si Vice naman talaga ang nag-push nu’ng issue kay Karylle, na nireakan lang din nito."

In the end, Marian wished Karylle and husband Yael to have a happy married life as she is having a good one.  “So, ako, maging masaya sana sila sa buhay-may-asawa, dahil ako, sobrang saya ko.”

Two Best Actress Trophies in 1 Week

Angel Locsin bagged two Best Actress trophies for her portrayal as Monica De Villa in ABS-CBN's 2014 hit primetime series The Legal Wife. She received her first trophy from Gawad Tanglaw last Thursday, February 19 at the University of Perpetual Help in Las Piñas City. 

Locsin also went up the stage of the 1st Paragala: The Central Luzon Media Awards Saturday night, February 21 for her second Best Actress trophy for The Legal Wife.

Angel Locsin returns to It's Showtime

Angel Locsin will return to ABS-CBN's noontime show It;s Showtime as co-host from last week of March and first week of April this year.

She will also be returning for an all-out acting performance at the the country's longest running drama anthology - MMK this March. It will be her fifth episode after her last appearance via Mask episode with Paulo Avelino last October 2013. Other episodes Locsin has appeared in are Pilat (Sam Milby), Blusa (Dimples Romana), and Litrato (Jake Cuenca).

Untitled movie with Ms. Vilma Santos

Angel is slated to start shooting a yet to be titled movie with no less than the Star for All Seasons, Ms. Vilma Santos, starting March this year. The movie will be handled by Bb. Joyce Bernal.

A delay in shooting for the movie was encountered due to Santos's hectic schedule as governor of Batangas. She also had some minor allergies on her nose last month.

Darna 2015

According to Erik Matti, the director of the movie, Darna is scheduled to shoot this year. He has yet to finish his movie with John Lloyd Cruz while Angel has to finish first her movie with her future mother-in-law.

Who is Vice Ganda's mystery partner/boyfriend?

Vice Ganda was caught off guard when his co-hosts in ABS-CBN's noontime show It's Showtime teased him on Wednesday to find a partner who will stay with him for the long term as Valentines Day draws nearer.

Anne Curtis revealed that Vice Ganda has someone who's making him happy. "Meron naman talaga siyang mahal, wala lang dito!"

After performing the "It's Showtime" theme song, Vice Ganda sought to clarify that he is not without a partner.

"Wait lang, ikaklaro ko lang," he began. "Baka isipin ng mga tao, napakalungkot ko 'no. Baka iyon ang maging imahe ko. Masaya po ako, masaya ang kinalalagyan ko. Baka isipin naman ng mga tao, niloloko ako palagi ng mga lalaki. Napaka-unfair nun sa mga hindi naman. Maraming mababait na lalaki," he said.

He explained that he has simply decided not to talk about his relationship publicly. Without identifying anyone, he continued, "Masaya po kami ngayon, masaya po kami sa kinalalagyan namin. 'Yung uri ng pagmamahalan na meron kami, hindi namin hinahangad ang approval ng mga tao."

Referring to his mystery partner, ViceGanda added that they need no approval from anyone. What's important, according to him, is that they both love each other and happy as well.

Angel Locsin says Iñigo Pascual is a better singer than his father Piolo?

Angel Locsin returned to ABS-CBN's noontime show It's Showtime yesterday, November 11 after a few days of absence. The actress (now: /tv host) said she missed the show and the madlang pipol.

And as a welcome gesture, Angel danced the popular Beyonce move from her hit song Crazy In Love which the actress somehow made as her trademark in the show.

What made us smile was when Angel greeted Iñigo Pascual and shared that he was only a kid when she last saw him in the US.

Angel and Iñigo had formed a bond together when the actress visited the US for Love Me Again's premiere. Love Me Again is the follow-up project of Angel and Piolo Pacual (Iñigo's father) after their successful airing of their ABS-CBN fantaserye Lobo.

"Iñigo, bata as in bagets ka pa noong huling nakita kita sa Amerika", Angel greeted Iñigo to which the latter replied with "Opo". Anne Curtis noticed how the 17-year old son of Piolo addressed Angel with "opo" and laughed at it.

Nikko Natividad is It's Showtime's Gandang Lalake Grand Winner

Nikko Natividad, a waiter who hailed from Malolos, Bulacan , was declared the 2014 Gandang Lalake, a segment on ABS-CBN's It's Showtime. Natividad bested out 57 other finalists who competed for the coveted title.

Natividad was applauded during his talent show off when he gyrated in front of the cheering audience and won the nod of the hurados when he was asked to compare his job to an animal.

Nikko took home 300,000 pesos as cash prize and an additional 20,000 for being the most Tele-Gwapo (Photogenic).

Angel Locsin returns to It's Showtime

Fans of Kapamilya actress will be rejoicing once they heard the news that Angel will be returning on It's Showtime.

The actress who chose to take a leave from showbiz work for a couple of months to enjoy her private life with family and boyfriend Luis Manzano will appear on ABS-CBN's noontime show for 10 days.

Angel will appear on these dates September 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16.

According to Reiley Santiago, business unit head of It’s Showtime, the show would have wanted Angel to start on Sept. 3 but the actress had prior commitments on that day. On Sept. 4, she will be joining the Alay Lakad in Batangas organized by her future monther-in-law Governor Vilma Santos-Recto.

Mariel Rodriguez surprised the kapamilyas and the netizens online when she made an appearance on ABS-CBN's noontime show It's Showtime as one of the "hurados". Vice Ganda is known to be opinionated just like her good friend Kris Aquino. Fearless in most things and issues. During his one of his interviews for his birthday last year, Vice Ganda told the press he's not afraid of anything.
