It's because the photo was taken during a scene they're shooting for Star Cinema's upcoming movie "The Unmarried Wife".
The Unmarried Wife also stars Dingdong Dantes. The movie serves as his reunion movie with Angelica Panganiban whom he had first worked with via One More Try in 2012.
The movie is being helmed by Maryo J. Delos Reyes and expected to be shown in theaters later this year.
