'Yan Ang Morning, GMA7's morning show has set its finale episode to August 12, host Marian Rivera confirmed as reported by pep.ph.
Rivera, affirmed she signed a contract that would only last for one season. According to her, network executives wanted to extend the show but she refused as she wants to focus her time to Baby Zia (her daughter with Dingdong).
"Sabi nila, ‘Extend na natin hanggang three weeks, paabutin na natin hanggang birthday mo.’ Siyempre ako rin, gusto ko rin mag-focus kay Zia especially ngayong lumalaki na siya at pumapasok na siya sa school.”
Marian, currently, has three shows airing- Yan Ang Morning, Encantadia, and Sunday Pinasaya.
Marias was asked for her reaction regading the possbility of being bashed by netizens due to short life span of Yan Ang Morning.
“Naku, hayaan mo sila. Ang alam ko nga, tuwang-tuwa sa taas dahil full load (commercial ads) ang show", Marian said while smiling.
Her husband Dingdong Dantes and baby Zia are her guest stars on her show's finale which coincides with her 32nd birthday.
