ABS-CBN actress Bela Padilla watched her latest film, I America, a Cinemalaya Filmfest entry, wearing a Boom Sasson dress with her family and team.
Bela, who's now a kapamilya, recalled that two years ago, she auditioned for Cinemalaya but wasn't able to find a role that she could take.
"I America" tells the story of a woman who is searching for her real identity.

Written and directed by Ivan Andrew Payawal, the movie also stars Rob Rownd, Matt Evans, Thou Reyes, Sheena Ramos, Joe Vargas. Raflesia Bravo, Julz Savard, Lui Manansala and Elizabeth Oropesa.
