Controversial celebrities Ellen Adarna and John Lloyd Cruz appeared to have deleted sweet photos of them together from their recent vacation on their respective Instagram accounts.

This Thursday, the sexy actress seemed to embark on a deleting spree, removing from her account some of her controversial photos with Cruz, including a snap of them cuddling in Cebu.

She left just one photo of her with Cruz, as well as her post where he called the "Home Sweetie Home" star her "baby love."

Photos: Ellen Adarna is Ginebra San Miguel's 2015 Calendar Girl

After making heads turn as the muse of Barangay Ginebra at PBA's 40th season opening held last Sunday in Philippine Arena, sexy actress Ellen Adarna was officially named as the 2015 Calendar Girl of the popular liquor brand on Thursday.

Adarna is the 28th calendar girl of the popular sexy calendar since it was first launched in 1988. Previous calendar girls include Aubrey Miles, Angelica Panganiban, Anne Curtis, Solenn Heussaff, Georgina Wilson, and Marian Rivera.

During the press conference, Adarna denied that she and her ex-boyfriend had a sex video. "Wala... sana lumabas na ‘yan matagal na. Wala. Wala po. If meron po, matagal na ‘yan [bali-balita] at saka patay ako talaga. Hindi ako magpapakita."

Adarna also laughed at the questions regarding her nude photos which leaked last September. The photos were taken from a photo shoot of Esquire magazine.

Uh-oh! Ellen Adarna's unpublished nude photos for magazine circulate online

Ellen Adarna's nude photos for Esquire magazine last April 2014 are now circulating online. The photos taken by by photographer Jake Versoza were never used by the magazine itself. Esquire Philippines and Summit Media condemn the unauthorized distribution and ask the public not to join the dissemination of the photos and will not hesitate appropriate legal actions to the perpetrators.

Here is the full statement from Esquire Philippines

Esquire Philippines and Summit Media condemn the unauthorized distribution of photographs of Ellen Adarna that were originally taken from a shoot the magazine had staged for its April 2014 edition. She had agreed to be featured in Esquire Philippines with the understanding that no nude photographs taken of her then would be published or disseminated. The recent circulation of such sensitive photos without her (or our) knowledge or consent is in blatant violation of her privacy, and her right to dignity. We share her outrage; we are deeply angry; we will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal action.

The images in question, staged with photographer Jake Versoza, were never used in the magazine itself, and in most cases, were never even in the possession of the magazine. The images we did use from the shoot were treated to make sure any sensitive areas were artfully covered or obscured, as had been the agreement.

It is apparent as well to Esquire magazine that its own rights, as well as that of photographer Jake Versoza, have been infringed. We will take the proper measured action to protect its rights. Most importantly, we urge all not to participate in the dissemination of sensitive images that were not intended for public by the one person whose rights and dignity above all else’s should be respected at this time.

ABS-CBN's hit series The Legal Wife spawns parody movie

ABS-CBN's primetime hit series The Legal Wife is now a movie... err.. spawns a parody movie. With a working title called My Illegal Wife, Pokwang, Zanjoe Marudo, and Ellen Adarna are now busy preparing for their upcoming movie under Star Cinema.

Star Cinema website has confirmed this via an article and to quote,

This upcoming film of Pokwang and Zanjoe is a rom-com movie that follows Clarisse (Pokwang) and Henry’s (Zanjoe Marudo) unique love story. Henry had amnesia and Clarisse told him that they are in a relationship when they really are not. Will Clarisse tell him the truth or will Henry eventually fall in love with her?

The movie which had a title known as "LOVE YOU (HU U?)" was changed to My Illegal Wife due to the series' popularity. The movie will be helmed by blockbuster director Antonio Y. Reyes (Okay Ka Fairy Ko/Enteng series).

Should ABS-CBN still push Ellen Adarna's career?

Ellen Adarna is the newest sex siren ABS-CBN is being molded. She's included in the cast of the upcoming afternoon fantasy-sexy-drama Moon of Desire starring Meg Imperial. But while she is groomed to become one of the country's desirable sex sirens, an issue popped up linking her to Cedric Lee.

Allegedly, Adarna was requested to be taken out from the horror-comedy movie Da Possessed she's supposed to do under Star Cinema by its lead actor - Vhong Navarro. According to reports, Navarro did so because of Ellen's linkage to the group of Cedric Lee.

As everyone knows, Lee was pointed as the leader behind Vhong's mauling incident in one condo in Pasig City in January. Ellen is part of Lee's circle of friends.

Earlier this day, a feature article on Ellen Adarna was posted in ABS-CBN's Facebook page. And in just a few minutes several comments were posted against the "sexy" starlet.

Should ABS-CBN continue to push Ellen Adarna or should she be taken out of the upcoming series instead?  Will it still make sense that while the network build her up, the fans will just continue to bash her because of linkage to Cedric Lee? Or is just another victim? Just asking...
