After the highly-successful showing of Starting Over Again at the box office, Piolo Pascual and Iza Calzado are set to reunite in a new ABS-CBN series slated for release on second to third quarter of the year.
Tentatively titled Hawak Kamay, the two stars had their look test for the upcoming show and will be joined in by singer/actress Nikki Gil.
Iza who had been pulled out twice from doing a daily series, one from Bea Alonzo-starrer soap Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon and second, the Richard-Dawn reunion soap You're My Home which had been cancelled by the network for reasons not yet known. Currently, the actress is hosting The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition: Doubles every night and also a regular of Sunday variety show ASAP.
Meanwhile, Hawak Kamay will be Piolo's comeback soap after Apoy Sa Dagat.
