An alumnus of ABS-CBN reality singing competition Pinoy Dream Academy, Siaboc turned himself together with his cousin at the Toledo City police station, ABS-CBN website reported.

According to Toledo City police chief Samuel Mina, Siaboc was part of the more than 200 drug users and pushers who surrendered to them on Tuesday. Mina added that Siaboc decided to surrender after hearing allegations on social media that he is a notorious drug pusher.

He denied the allegations of selling drugs but confessed about his addiction to it. Siaboc narrated that because of the nature of his job as a band singer travelling from one place to another, he was exposed to illegal drugs.

Together with the other users and pushers who surrendered in the city, Siaboc signed an oath to stop using illegal drugs.

Siaboc, best known for his song "Kada Uli Hilot," was one of the scholars of the 2006 talent search "Pinoy Dream Academy," where he finished runner-up to winner, Yeng Constantino.

Since the first day of anti-drug campaign "Oplan Tokhang," Toledo Police operatives were able to record 528 surenderees.
