Film and TV actress Coleen Garcia expressed her admiration for President Rody Duterte through her Twitter account @coleengarcia after the latter delivered his SONA speech on Monday afternoon, July 25.
"I don't know about you guys, but I have so much love and respect for our President. Wonderful leader!", Garcia tweeted.
