Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago on Wednesday July 2 said she has been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. The cancer is causing difficulty in her breathing, Santiago told a news conference.
She is hopeful that with the medication she is taking, the cancer can be cured in six months. Santiago added that her cancer is not metastatic
