In the press conference held for Sam Concepcion's latest endorsement, Chef's Noodle Restaurant, Sam Concepcion confirmed a confrontation between him and Anne Curtis indeed happened during Vice Ganda's birthday party early Monday morning last March 31 inside a posh club in Makati City.
“There was a confrontation that happened but, you know... ‘buti diyan kasi, I really understand... I understand where she's coming from and nagkakaintindihan rin kaming dalawa ni Anne, so...", Sam said.

This somehow supports what the Dyesebel star posted on her Instagram after the story first erupted and to quote,
"Of course I spoke to Sam that night and as always, I told him to take care of my baby sister. Like any ate would do BUT to clarify I DID NOT say any of those words written in the article. Kahit tanungin nyo pa si Sam. Even he doesn't know where those words came from. Basta. Ang mahalaga Sam and I are ok. End of story, no issue here.”

“The thing is that's [what] happened kasi...the reason why I say that I understand where she's coming from, because, alam mo yun, ang ate naman talaga or kuya [na mas] nakatatanda sa isang kapatid, well, we’ll do that for a sibling."
“I have a sister, may nakababata rin akong kapatid…", Sam added.
Anne Curtis is Sam's rumored girlfriend Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
When asked if there's something Anne has to worry about him, “Sa akin, whatever her reason is, meron siyang rason for that, but I know she has nothing to worry about. I know Jasmine... nothing to worry about.”
Other side of the story was floated like Anne Curtis was just being protective of Jasmine.
