Cedric Lee and Simeon Raz are caught and arrested Saturday morning in Dolores, Samar. The two suspects in Vhong Navarro's mauling last January 22 are now in the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Arrest warrants against Lee, Raz and three others including Deniece Cornejo were issued earlier this week for serious illegal detentiion charges in connection with the mauling of host/actor Vhong Navarro.
Judge Paz Eperanzea Cortez of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 271 ordered issuance of arrest warrants. Serious illegal detention is a non-bailable offense.
