Eight months after her transfer to kapamilya network, Jona has officially signed a contract with Star Music, ABS-CBN's music arm.
A contract was inked Monday afternoon, November 14 with Star Music's top executives headed by Roxy Liquigan, Jonathan Manalo, manager Arlene Mayer, and Star Magic handler Love Capulong. Jona has previously signed a management contract with Star Magic last month.

"Sobrang colorful. Ang dami kong first time na nagawa", Jona described her first few months of stay as ABS-CBn talent.
"Napaka-competitive ng bawat artist at kailangan nage-excel ka kung anong chosen path mo. Natutunan ko na wag masyadong magrelax. You give your best shot", she said when asked what she have learned during that period.
In November 25, the singer will be staging her first solo major concert as kapamilya artist in Kia Theater dubbed as "Queen of the Night".
