Kapamilya actor Ian Veneracion was killed on social media website Twitter Monday night June 9 when his name appeared 6th on the trending topics list. Early tweets were saying "RIP Ian Veneracion" but others were in disbelief and in denial.
According to @trendinaliapi, the "Ian Veneracion" keyword could have been seen by at least 287,148 people since its first mention.
Veneracion who recently joined Twitter @OfficialIanV has tweeted to clarify the issue.

Veneracion was last seen on the highly-successful ABS-CBN hit series Got To Believe starring Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo and is soon to star in a new series with GTB co-star Carmina Villaroel with Jessy Mendiola and Xian Lim.
