2013 was definitely a year Anne Curtis will never forget. Not because of successes she reaped but because she braved the biggest controversy in her entire showbiz career.
Anne Curtis faced the members of the entertainment press first time after the slapping controversy at her launch as lead star of Mars Ravelo's latest remake of Dyesebel on Thursday last week, January 9.

Anne Curtis was faced with most daring questions still relating to the controversy which hapenned November last year in a posh club in Taguig City.
2013 was definitely a learning year for Anne Curtis but when asked what lessons she has learned, the actress begged off and said "Sa akin na lang po 'yon, basta may lessons learned."
The 28-year old admitted she still drinks and she still endorses the liquor brand she's endorsing. Above all that, she said her endorsements remained unchanged and that she's still being supported by her endorsements.
"Nagkakamali naman talaga ang isang tao, pero hindi naman lagi ganoon.", the actress said when asked why the industry seemed good to her despite all the controversies she's been through.

In the end, Curtis thanked her followers and promised the madlang people to do her best to be the best Dyesebel.
"Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng aking followers, sa lahat ng mga tagasubaybay at sa lahat ng madlang people who have the kind of faith in me, sobrang salamat po. Sa ups and downs, you guys have been there for me so maraming, maraming salamat. For 2014, I promise to do my best to be the best Dyesebel for you."
