The official list of nominees from 15 countries was announced Tuesday midnight by the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. A total of 40 nominess are competing across 10 categories from 15 countries.
Jodi Sta Maria, nominated for her role as Amor Powers in Pangako Sa 'Yo (The Promise) will be competing with English actress Judi Dench in Best Performance by an Actress category. Other actresses include Grazi Massafera (Hidden Truths) from Brazil and Christiane Paul (Under the Radar) from Germany.
Meanwhile, Bridges of Love is nominated in the Telenovela category competing with Hidden Truths (Brazil), 30 Vies - Samuel Pagé (Canada), and Rules of the Game (Brazil).
No other nominations in other categories from the Philippines were noted.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Nov. 21 at the Hilton New York Hotel.
