The newly launched ABS-CBN primetime series The Story of Us which marks the reunion of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim on primetime tv registered 18.2% beating its rival program Because of You with 14.1%. The figures are based on Kantar Media's national ratings.
However, figures from AGB Nielsen show an opposite result. The Story of Us scored 14.9%, more than 3% behind its rival program Because of You with 18.3%.
The Story of Us replaced the recently concluded JaDine feel-good teleserye, On The Wings of Love, and is expected to perform in the ratings better as it progresses.
Directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar, the soap also stars Bryan Santos, Susan Africa, Nonong "Bangkay" de Andres, Aiko Melendez, Zsa Zsa Padilla and Zaijian Jaranilla.
