Kim Chiu is living her dream as the Ikaw Lamang star is portraying a Disney character she once likened herself to.
In an Instagram post of Thai photographer @jimmy1008 posted the above photo of Kim in a seemingly Mulan pose. Yes! Kim Chiu is portraying the popular Disney character Mulan as captioned by the photographer on his post and we quote:

Two days before this, the user also posted a photo of Kim in warrior costume and captioned it with,
@jimmy1008 คุณแข็งแกร่งแค่ไหน ในสมรภูมิชีวิต !?
In english translation: How strong are you in the battle of life!?"
In 2011, Kim starred in an ABS-CBN series titled My Binondo Girl (MBG) where she likened herself to Disney's Mulan. She had to appear stronger and fiercer.
Mulan and Yuan, Kim's name in MBG, both put on the guise of a man for specific reasons. The former wanted to go to war for his father while the latter wanted acceptance from his Chinese father who disowned her for being born a female.
