Kapamilya actor John Prats has just proposed to his childhood sweetheart but a little over a year girlfriend Isabel Oli Wednesday night September 24. In an Instagram post of @niceprintphoto, John Prats was captured down with one knee bent dropping the "Will you marry me" line to Isabel Oli in front of the crowd in Eastwood City.
