A woman named Roxanne filed rape charges in Pasig RTC against tv host/actor Vhong Navarro. The rape allegation happened four years ago.
In the February 19, 2014 episode of Aquino and Abunda Tonight, Atty. Mallonga, Navarro's lawyer, said anyone can file any charges against anyone but the merits will depend on evidences to be presented. When asked by Kris Aquino if the camp of Cedric Lee has something to do with new case, "Of course, may connection.", Mallonga said.
