Actor Xian Lim surprised fans and followers this afternoon on Instagram after he posted a photo of himself laid down before a CT-scanner in The Medical City.
Xian wrote on the caption, "Thank you po sa lahat ng nag accommodate kanina sa The Medical City and kay ms. Cheryll Gonzaga for helping me out ❤️"
Fans expressed worries about what happened but The Story of Us actor still have not answered to fans' queries.
One fan noted that Xian should stop going on an excessive diet.
