The little bossings beat the quadruplets in MMFF 2013's first day box office gross

The Ryzza Mae Dizon - Bimby Yap comedy movie My Little Bossings topped the first day box office of the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival.

That's according from a report aired on TV Patrol last night - Wednesday, December 25. The movie which also stars Vic Sotto beat  the quadruplet siblings starred by Vice Ganda and other six movie entries.

Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy which also stars the Diamond Star Maricel Soriano landed on second spot and failed to make it to the top contrary to what its lead star - Vice Ganda, has predicted,

Coming in at number 3 spot is the horror-suspense movie Pagpag, Siyam na Buhay which stars the Teen King and Queen Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo

The 2013 MMFF first day box-office was 12 percent higher than last year’s MMFF first-day gross.

Kris Aquino loathes Vice Ganda for claiming the MMFF box office crown

In an interview to Vice Ganda, the phenomenal box office star claims his movie Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy will rule the MFF box office come December 25.

"Mahal kasi ako ng tao. Mahal ako ng Diyos kaya di rin ako masyadong natatakot", the comedian/tv host confidently said in front of the media. What about the other movies? "Hindi ko minemenos iyong ibang pelikula pero ako, sa pelikula ko, kampante ako.", he added.

When asked whether he and good friend Kris Aquino are betting who will emerge number one, "Walang pustahan pero sinasabi ko sa kaniya, 'Congrats, number two ko ha'", the comedian tells to Kris. Kris Aquino has no entry movie for this year's MMF but her son Bimby has - starring with child wonder Ryzza Mae Dizon and Vic Sotto in My Little Bossings.

"Nooo! I hate you. I hate you", shares GBBT  star everytime he says to Kris her son's movie will only end up in second place.

But the comedian later clarified that there's competition between him and Kris Aquino.

Video: Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy Full Trailer Starring Vice Ganda

The Phenomenal Box Office Star Vice Ganda stars in Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy, comedy movie which tells a story of quadruplet siblings who grew up apart from each other. It's another co-production of Star Cinema and Viva Films under the direction of Box Office Director Wenn Deramas.

The film also marks Diamond Star Maricel Soriano's comeback in the movie as the quadruplet's mother. Joey Marquez plays the father. It also stars Xyriel Manabat, Ruffa Gutierrez, and Cristine Reyes.

Quick trivia: The movie was intended as John Lapus but Wenn Deramas dropped him after he refused to drop weight.

The film opens on Christmas Day, December 25, 2013 as one of the official entries to the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF 2013)
