The Voice PH Coach Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli were spotted while dining at Lusso Restaurant in Greenbelt in Makati City. The photo was first posted on Twitter Monday, December 8 while Typhoon Ruby #Hagupit was about to make its presence felt in Metro Manila.

Agot Isidro loses P3 million in jewelry and cash to ‘dugo-dugo’ gang

Actress Agot Isidro lost P3 million in jewelry and cash after her house helper fell prey to alleged members of a con gang known as “dugo-dugo,” a police report said.

Maynelin Umapas handed over several pieces of jewelry, P50,000 and $7,000 in cash after she was duped by a still unidentified woman that Isidro, 48, figured in a car accident.

Umapas was at Isidro’s residence in Blue Ridge Subdivision in Quezon City when the suspect called her around 3 p.m. Saturday, according to the report from the Quezon City Police District-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (QCPD-CIDU)

The caller claimed that Isidro, Margarita Sandejas in real life, needed cash to pay a certain Allan Chua to settle the car accident.

Following the caller’s prodding, Umapas ‎went to the second floor of the house and looked for Isidro’s safety vault. The maid destroyed the vault and took the items the woman asked for.

Umapas then placed the valuables in a bag and rode a taxi to Wilcon Depot in Balintawak, Quezon City, where she handed the bag to a female whom the caller introduced as her secretary.

‎When the helper returned home, she learned that Isidro was still at work.

Scene of the crime operatives went to Isidro’s residence to conduct an investigation after her friend sought police help.

Alex Gonzaga and Matteo Giudicelli star in ABS-CBN's remake of Inday Bote

Alex Gonzaga was chosen by ABS-CBN to give life to "Inday Bote", a classic "Pinoy Komiks" character which was once portrayed by the Diamond Star Maricel Soriano in the movie.

The announcement was made official during ABS-CBN's trade event held in World Trade Center last week, Gonzaga is being paired to Matteo Giudicelli and Kean Cipriano.

Inday Bote was first announced early this year by the network and tapped the teen loveteam of Nash Aguas and Alexa Ilacad who are now doing the successful series Bagito.

According to some sources, Gonzaga was discouraged by the network executives to watch the movie version of Maricel Soriano so to give herself her own interpretation of the character.

Inday Bote is a 1985 classic fantasy film which stars Maricel Soriano and William Martinez. Inday, a tomboyish girl together with his younger brother push cart collecting old used bottles for a living. Unknown to both of them, seven dwarfs were trapped inside one of the bottles.they have collected which when freed will give them whatever they wish for.

Philippines very own Pop Star Royalty Sarah Geronimo has rendered her voice for the official anthem of Disney princesses. The most awaited music video of "The Glow" premiered Saturday morning on Disney channel.

‘The Glow’ was first created for Rapunzel’s coronation ceremony in 2011 and soon won our hearts as the global Princess anthem.

Disney chose Sarah to sing the English version, but the company also worked with artists from Asia to create localized renditions of the song – performed by popular performers like Oranicha Krincha from Thailand, Daiyan Trisha from Malaysia, and Chilla Kiana from Indonesia.

When asked for her reaction upon seeing the music video for the first time, Sarah shared,

“Sobrang happy. Overflowing ang joy sa puso ko ngayon. Especially nakikita ko na nakalatag na ang boses ko sa video. The first time na napanood ko ‘yon, teary-eyed nga ako….surreal nga,”
