Kapamilya stars Maja Salvador and John Lloyd Cruz were recently spotted at Malipano Island in Pearl Farm in Davao.

Photos of them circulated in social media about three days ago where they were seen accompanied by friends in showbiz.

PBB Lucky 7 couple McCoy De Leon and Elisse Joson met with Dreamscape's big boss Deo Endrinal today, August 23.

The couple was officially welcomed by the ABS-CBN's production unit through its Adprom manager Eric John Salut on Twitter.

What was the purpose of the meet-up? Well, is it safe to say McCoy and Elisse wll be roaming around various Dreamscape-produced shows on ABS-CBN like Ang Probinsyano, Wansapanataym, and the likes? Not to mention, of being groomed to become another JaDine within its fence.

Kim Chiu returns to MMK as "Reyna Kontesera"

Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu makes another episode for Maalaala Mo Kaya - the country's longest running drama anthology on tv. The announcement was made by MMK's official Twitter account yesterday.

The episode #MMKReynaKontesera will mark Kim Chiu's 6th episode for MMK. She was last seen in the episode "Kalendaryo" in 2012 where she played Pauline Chavez - a blind woman suffering from a brain tumor.

Kim has yet to taped for the said episode but her guesting had already trended yesterday after it was announced.

Robin Padilla makes a statement on the so-called "extra-judicial killings" Senate hearing

Actor Robin Padilla has made a stand on the on-going Senate hearing on the so-called "extra-judicial killing" chaired by Senator Leila De Lima.

In his Instagram post, Robin hoped for the current lawmakers to focus on passing laws instead of "fact-finding" which only become a venue of sensationalism and grandstanding.

"I hope the current lawmakers will not do what their predecessors did - instead of focusing on deliberating ang passing laws, they engaged in "fact-finding" which only became a venue for grandstanding and sensationalism... "

"It's just one issue after another, most of the time without even finishing the so called senate inquiry. I hope they maximize use of their time and focus on passing laws to make the lives of the voting public better."
