It has long been announced on television and social media about Marian Rivera reprising the character once played by Dawn Zulueta in GMA7's 2005 hit fantasy series Encantadia.
Dawn played Ynang Reyna in the original series - the mother of four sanggres (gem keepers) namely Amihan (Iza Calzado), Alena (Karylle), Danaya (Diana Zubiri), and Pirena (Sunshine Dizon).

In a Twitter session with fans on Saturday noon, April 2, the actress asked her fans to throw questions at her using the hashtag #AskDawn. One fan asked for her reaction about Marian reprising the role to which Dawn gave her full approval,

Meanwhile, Dawn told her supporters that she'll be having a temporary break on television as she wants to concentrate on movies. Her ABS-CBN primetime series "You're My Home" just ended its run since last week.
