One fan expressed her disappointment on Instagram over the failed Meet and Greet with Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla during the couple's show in Milan, Italy.
Allegedly, Kathryn and Daniel walked out from their table during the Meet and Greet with fans upon seeing that there were still a lot of fans lined up for autograph signing and photo opp. Instagram user @kathniel26_acc who bought a VVIP ticket shared that a lot of things promised were not met like the individual picture-taking session, souvenirs, and "the time" that KathNiel should be spending to their fans.
But another fan on Twitter clarified the issue and said that Kathryn and Daniel didn't walkout but confirmed the Meet & Greet session was stopped.
According to @KaDsItaly, it was the management and the producers who decided the M&G session because some fans are not being cooperative. The producers and staff of the event took the responsibility of the untoward incident.

UPDATE: Star Magic has released statement about KathNiel's walkout issue in Italy
"All Star Magic artists go to great lengths to please and satisfy the various audiences and fans. The meet and greets are a concession to the local producers who use them as a marketing device. They are run by the producers and often the artists have little or no control over how they are run," the management said in its statement.
Star Magic ensures that such incident will not occur in the future."Nevertheless we regret that there is at least one disgruntled fan and will try and make sure that incidents like this are not repeated," the statement said.
