The It's Showtime host will be hosting a new show on ABS-CBN called "Pinoy Boyband Superstar" which will have Vice Ganda, Sandara Park, Yeng Constantino, and the comebacking kapamilya Aga Muhlach.

PBbS is part of the contract which Billy signed recently with ABS-CBN.

Daniel Matsunaga rides a bike to the airport without a helmet

Be My Lady lead actor Daniel Matsunaga rode a motorcycle without a helmet going to the airport to catch his flight to San Francisco. The video was posted Thursday night, August 18.

Daniel wrote in the caption,

"Sharing to you guys what happened to me before going to san francisco because of traffic.almost lost my flight...had to go down from my car and ask a motobike to bring me to the airport under the rain ahhahaha dyos ko....pls dont try this...terrible experience but at least i was able to make it! #trafficinmanila

The actor arrived at the airport safely but his fans got worried as it is dangerous to travel by motorbike without any safety gear.

Jake Ejercito tweets he was being used for film's promo; Andi Eigenmann fires back with 30 tweets

Jake Ejercito tweeted on Monday night asking why he was being used in interviews to promote something. Though he did not name which movie, it is clear that he's referring to former flame Andi Eigenmann's movie entitled Camp Sawi.

Tuesday morning, when Andi found out about the tweet, she started tweeting. Andi did not tmention to whom she was addressing her tweets but one would realize, the tweets were directed for Jake.

ABS-CBN's upcoming kilig series Till I Met You has launched its world trailer Tuesday afternoon, August 16.

Till I Met You brings back the reel-to-real tandem of James Reid and Nadine Lustre. The series will also launch the television career of indie actor JC Santos. The people behind the production are tight-lipped on the plot of the series which will be helmed by Antonette Jadaone (On The Wings of Love, The Achy Breaky Hearts, That Thing Called Tadhana).

Till I Met You is set to premiere on August 29 replacing the timeslot of LizQuen teleserye Dolce Amore.

Vhong Navarro, Billy Crawford, Luis Manzano, John Prats renew contract with ABS-CBN

Four of ABS-CBN top comedians and tv hosts have renewed their contracts with the kapamilya network on Monday, August 15.

Vhong Navarro, BIlly Crawford, Luis Manzano, and John Prats all renewed their respective contracts with ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak, ABS-CBN COO Cory Vidanes, and each of their respective managers.

Vhong Navarro's projects include It's Showtime and Dance Kids.

Billy Crawford's projects include Pinoy Boyband Superstar, Dancing With the Stars which is set to air next year, and the comeback of Your Face Sounds Familiar. Crawford is also excited to meet Kapamilyas in New York as ASAP visits the said city.

Luis Manzano signed an exclusive three-year contract with ABS-CBN. Fans can expect more projects from Manzano apart from his on-going shows Minute To Win It, Family Feud, ASAP, and The Voice Kids Season 3.

John Prats' projects include Banana Sundae and FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.

CONFIRMED: Aga Muhlach returns to ABS-CBN as Pinoy Boyband Superstar judge

Did we just break the news earlier than expected? In a Friday article, we wrote about the possibility of Aga Muhlach's return to ABS-CBN via its upcoming reality show Pinoy Boyband Superstar.

Guess what? We were right.

In a Sunday article written for the paper, The Manila Times, by Dreamscape Adprom manager and entertainment writer, Eric John Salut confirmed that former 90s heartthrob and matinee idol Aga Muhlach will be back on ABS-CBN via “Pinoy Boyband Superstar.” 

Aga will be seating as the fourth judge together with Vice Ganda, Yeng Constantino, and Sandara Park.

According to EJS, Aga, accompanied by his manager Ethel Ramos, recently had a meeting with the people behind the upcoming talent show. He accepted the offer, however, he had apprehensions because of his weight but requested them to give him some time to lose weight.

A source told that The Voice Kids coach Lea Salonga was instrumental in convincing Aga to take on the job. Lea and Aga were good friends since they teamed up in the 90s movie Bakit Labis Kitang Mahal and rekindled their on-screen chemistry in Sana Maulit Muli.

Is Aga Muhlach returning to ABS-CBN via Pinoy Boyband Superstar?

Pinoy Band Superstar is an upcoming ABS-CBN reality-based search for the next top boy band in the country. Initially, three judges were named to sit in the panel of judges - Phenomenal box office star Vice Ganda, Pop Rock icon Yeng Constantino, ang K-Pop sensation Sandara Park.

But in the latest teaser - there are now four judges - the fourth one is a heartthrob.

Lui Andrada, Business Unit Head of ABS-CBN, in his Instagram post, described the four judges as this:

The initial sight of the silhouette struck me with a photo of Heartthrob Aga Muhlach that is similar to that (see first photo). Megastar Sharon Cuneta returned to ABS-CBN via a reality competion with a similar format, why not Doc Aga?
